I designed the Together app, available for both iOS and Android, to help parents build and engage with their community. The app enables parents to easily invite and share events, organize playdates with specific locations and times, and stay connected with other families. My goal was to make it simple and easy for parents to stay in touch and plan activities together.

The Problem

Parents often struggle to stay connected with other families and organize activities for their kids. There was no simple, dedicated platform where they could easily share event details, plan playdates, or keep track of activities within their community. This lack of a centralized space made communication scattered, planning time-consuming, and often led to missed opportunities for kids to socialize and engage in group activities.

The Solution

To address these challenges, I designed the Together app for both iOS and Android, focusing on creating a seamless, user-friendly experience tailored to parents' needs. The app allows parents to create and share events, organize playdates with specific locations and times, and send invitations within their trusted community. The interface was designed with simplicity in mind, ensuring that even busy parents can navigate it effortlessly. Key features include an interactive calendar to keep track of upcoming activities, real-time notifications for event updates, and easy-to-use tools for managing guest lists. The overall design fosters better communication, helps parents stay organized, and strengthens the sense of community by making it easier to plan and participate in activities together.
