TokenWin is a gambling product where I worked as a full-time designer. My role focused on transforming the old design to make it more engaging and user-friendly. The Problem

TokenWin, a gambling product, had an outdated design that lacked visual appeal and failed to provide an engaging user experience. The interface was not intuitive, making navigation challenging for users, which affected both user retention and overall satisfaction. Additionally, the platform’s design didn’t fully align with modern UI/UX standards, resulting in a static, less interactive environment that didn’t captivate or motivate users to stay engaged.

The Solution

To address these issues, I worked as a full-time designer at TokenWin, focusing on revamping the entire design to make it more interesting, dynamic, and user-friendly. This process involved close collaboration with both the design and development teams to ensure consistency and functionality across the platform. I redesigned key user flows to improve navigation, making it easier for players to find games, access features, and enjoy a seamless gambling experience. The new design incorporated vibrant visuals, interactive elements, and intuitive layouts to create a more engaging environment. I also optimized the interface for different devices, ensuring a responsive and smooth experience across desktop and mobile platforms. By applying user-centered design principles and gathering feedback throughout the process, the redesign significantly improved user engagement, retention rates, and overall satisfaction with the TokenWin platform.
